Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a compassionate psychiatrist to join the St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Behavioral Health team in Chicago, IL. This 100% outpatient role focuses on adult psychiatry with a collaborative, physician-friendly environment backed by Prime Healthcare.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills in adult outpatient psychiatry preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a passion for patient-centered behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care to adults, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Schedule: Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours a week and 4 administrative hours.
• Support: Robust administrative and clinical infrastructure in a physician-friendly, mission-driven environment backed by the Prime Healthcare network.
