• Establish outpatient behavioral health services with full-spectrum patient care.
• Support flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance within the team.
• Coordinate with in-patient psychiatrists for seamless inpatient and outpatient care.
• Provide or oversee tele-psychiatry coverage for ED, ensuring 24/7 access.
