Job summary

LifeStance is seeking a psychiatrist to deliver high-quality mental health care in Massachusetts, with options for in-person or hybrid work and flexible scheduling. You will work within a multidisciplinary team with support for billing, technology, and administrative tasks.

You’ll have access to Grand Rounds, CME stipend, and opportunities to teach PMHNPs, with a compensation package tied to productivity and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) in Psychiatry by ABPN.
• Massachusetts medical license or willingness to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care in-person or hybrid settings.
• Build a caseload aligned with interests and expertise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and support staff.
