Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a psychiatrist to provide outpatient care with flexible scheduling in Massachusetts. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and PMHNPs, with leadership support and opportunities for teaching or supervision.

You will have access to regular Grand Rounds, CME stipends, and a productive compensation model tied to outcomes. Offices across the state enable a mix of in-person and hybrid work environments.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by ABPN.
• Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatry care in a collaborative team setting.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care and care coordination to support patients.
