LifeStance Health in Massachusetts seeks a psychiatrist to provide outpatient care in a collaborative, patient-centered practice. You’ll work in-person or in hybrid settings with flexible hours, building a caseload aligned with your interests while receiving strong non-clinical support.

We offer a competitive compensation package ($300,000–$373,000 annually), CME stipend, malpractice tail coverage, 401(k) match, sign-on bonus, and opportunities to supervise PMHNPs and teach.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
• A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
