Job summary

Deep Centered Mental Health in Dallas is expanding its outpatient psychiatry team for thoughtful, patient-centered care within a collaborative clinical model.

We integrate psychiatry, psychotherapy, and interventional treatments, with a strong in-house therapy network and no nights or weekends. The role offers long-term patient relationships, options to supervise APPs, and an uncapped earning potential between $280,000 and $400,000+.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified in Psychiatry.
• Licensed in Texas with an active DEA license (unencumbered).
• TMS experience preferred.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical approach.
• Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.
• Passionate about professional growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies including psychotherapy, medications, lifestyle changes, and interventional treatments when appropriate (TMS and esketamine).
• Guide patients and families through understanding conditions, options, and coping strategies.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage care and contribute to interventional research.
• Opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
• Meticulously document patient information to support ongoing care and compliance.

Skills
