Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to join the Hastings Clinic. You will deliver psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care setting, collaborating with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve access and outcomes.

You will support a collaborative care model with direct patient evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up, working with PCPs, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify conditions early and guide treatment.

Qualifications

• Licensed MD/DO in MN with state board eligibility/clearance.
• ACLS/BLS Tier 3 required upon hire.
• DEA certificate upon hire.
• NPI number upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, med management, and follow-up in a primary care clinic.
• Support early identification and management of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other conditions.
• Develop care pathways and participate in quality improvement within integrated behavioral health.
• See adults, with potential lifespan scope.
