LifeStance Health is hiring Adult or Child Psychiatrists in Fort Worth, TX, for 100% outpatient care with flexible full- or part-time schedules. In-office time weekly, with hybrid work and strong support. Compensation ranges from $322,000 to $430,000+ based on productivity, plus an annual cash bonus plan.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Physicians that are:

• Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Open to a hybrid model, all roles must have in office time on a weekly basis.
