Job summary

LifeStance Health in Houston is seeking adult or child psychiatrists to join our clinical team in nine Houston area clinics. This role offers 100% outpatient care with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and no on-call requirements, plus a hybrid model with in-office time each week.

We provide above-market compensation with a signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, and administrative support as you deliver medication management and therapy.

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license and DEA registration.
• Experience with medication management and therapy.
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model with weekly in-office time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care in Houston clinics.
• Manage medication treatment and psychotherapy for patients.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Physicians that are:

• Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Open to a hybrid model, all roles must have in office time on a weekly basis.
