Job summary

West Oaks Outpatient Katy Clinic is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care to adolescents, adults and seniors with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. Responsibilities include admitting and assessing patients, interventions, milieu management and contributing to performance improvement.

The RN works under the direction of a Clinical Director and participates in professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current Texas State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Admission and assessment of patients.
• Intervention and direct patient care.
• Milieu management within outpatient setting.
• Performance improvement and quality assurance.
