West Oaks Hospital in Houston, TX seeks a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care for adults, adolescents, children and geriatric patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. The RN uses the Nursing process to manage each patient’s Plan of Care and delegates duties to the nursing team to assure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include admission/assessment, intervention, milieu management, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Current Texas State RN licensure; CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.
