Job summary

Headway seeks a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care via our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You will work closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools, contributing to nationwide access to care and a balanced professional environment.

Qualifications

• License as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) required.
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health care is preferred.
• Ability to create evidence-based treatment plans and adjust medications.
