Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will assess, diagnose, and treat diverse adult patients in collaboration with therapists and clinicians.

You’ll conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and develop evidence-based treatment plans, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools to ensure seamless access to care nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active psychiatric NP license in Massachusetts.
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health care is preferred.
• Ability to create evidence-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities
