Job summary

Headway is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver outpatient mental health care through our tech-enabled platform. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and create evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse adult population.

You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and other providers, supported by streamlined scheduling, billing, and insurance tools to improve access to care nationwide.

Qualifications

• Current NP license for Virginia with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with care teams.
