Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in Monroeville, PA. You will provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing pharmacologic management to clients across the lifespan.

The role emphasizes teamwork with in-house therapists, exposure to interventional psychiatry including TMS and Spravato, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting.
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
