Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will lead psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with therapists to deliver comprehensive care, including TMS and Spravato.

Qualified candidates hold a valid license in the state and a PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych is preferred. Outpatient experience and lifespan care are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state of practice.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings and lifespan care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
