Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Massachusetts. You will perform psychiatric assessments, manage psychopharmacology, and work with therapists to deliver evidence-based care, including TMS and Spravato.

Licensed and Board Certified in the state is required with behavioral health experience; PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• Psychiatric-Mental Health certification (PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych) preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
