Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join the Mesa Outpatient Clinic. The role involves performing psychiatric assessments, diagnosing, and treating mental health needs, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 40 hours, and flexibility.

This outpatient position emphasizes medication management, MAT/OP services, and compliance with licensing standards. DEA certification, AZ license, and fingerprint clearance are required or eligible, with 5 weeks PTO in the

Qualifications

• MA degree in Nursing with ANCC PMH Certification required.
• Current DEA Certificate required.
• AZ nursing license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Fingerprint clearance issued by AZ DPS or eligible to receive one.
• Experience with Methadone/Suboxone is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform psychiatric assessments and monitor medications in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain medical charting and coordinate with PCPs.
• Provide coverage across clinics to meet clinical needs.
• Offer on-call crisis support and supervise other BHMPs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and program requirements.
