Network180 in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks an Access Center Clinician or BSW for a full-time 2pm-10pm role at the Access Services unit. The position includes crisis intervention, assessments, and referral services for adults and children, with telehealth options available.

The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s in social work or related field, MI licensure or eligibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Comprehensive benefits and on-call rotation are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; MI licensure required or eligible within 3 months of hire.
• Licensed in Michigan as LMSW/LPCC/LMFT/psychologist or eligible for limited license within 3 months.
• Knowledge of psychological, emotional and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job use.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple projects; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, screenings, assessments, and referrals for adults and children.
• Deliver services in various settings and via face-to-face or telehealth formats.
• Maintain timely documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
