Job summary

Fair Oaks Recovery Center in Sacramento, California, seeks an Outpatient Manager to lead clinical operations, planning goals, staffing and resources. You will ensure quality care within budget and regulatory standards.

You will hire, orient, train and supervise staff, coordinate care delivery, manage scheduling and billing workflows, and implement treatment plans. A Bachelor's in behavioral health and 4+ years' experience are required; CPR and de-escalation training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years of experience working with the population of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for clients.
• Plans and implements program goals, staffing, resources and equipment, timetables and measures.
• Manages a team through hiring, orientation, performance assessment, coaching, and scheduling.
• Oversees scheduling, registration, discharge, and billing processes for clients.
• Develops and implements treatment plans; maintains and audits charts and records.
