Mesa Springs is a Behavioral Health hospital serving the Fort Worth, TX community and is part of Lifepoint Health. We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis, dedicated to improving patient well-being and delivering exceptional care.

You will conduct individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, provide family sessions, communicate with clients and referrals, and ensure documentation meets hospital standards and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling (required).
• Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred.
• CPR Certification and De-escalation certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Current Clinical or Social Work license as required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions.
• Displays active involvement in treatment planning process.
• Provides family session counseling for patient involvement.
• Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Demonstrates proactive communication with the treatment team.
• Completes all documentation thoroughly and timely, in accordance with hospital standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
