About the Role

Come join Psychiatric Medical Care's adolescent behavioral health outpatient program, "Embrace U". Embrace U is a combined IOP and PHP treating patients ages 10-18.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services via group, individual, and family therapy for adolescents in an intensive outpatient setting.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and therapy notes accurately and timely.
• Understand mental health assessments and evidence-based adolescent counseling practices.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and outcome studies.
• Ensure appropriate discharge planning and compliance with regulations.
• Engage with the community through education and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or related counseling field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
• State certification as applicable.
• Two to three years of clinical experience with adolescents preferred.
