Candidates must have a valid RN license, BLS certification, and at least four years of nursing experience, including outpatient care. Qualificações

• Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state.
• Minimum of four years of current nursing experience.
• At least two years of inpatient experience in care coordination.
