Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license from any state in the United States.
• Minimum of four years of current nursing experience with two years in inpatient care.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities and manage specialist referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to documentation policies.
• Advocate for patients' rights and facilitate open communication.
