Job summary

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and CT State Controlled Substance Registration
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Adults only)
  • Excellent communication and team-based care in an outpatient setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to an adult outpatient panel
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and teach medical students/residents when opportunities arise
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and continuity of care
