The Corvallis Clinic in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley is seeking a full-time outpatient Internal Medicine physician. You will work with a strong specialty support team and an integrated behavioral health professional embedded within the practice, with access to a Regional Level II Trauma Center and a well-established group of physicians.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Board Eligible
• Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment

Responsibilities

• General outpatient internal medicine primary care
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
• Ability to practice independently with support
• Minimal call - telephone only
