MyCare Medical Group seeks a full-time, board-certified physician to join our Brooksville, FL practice. The role is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, and a rotating on-call.

Candidates should have MD/DO, or board eligibility in Family/Internal/Geriatric Medicine, and a Florida license with DEA. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, malpractice coverage, relocation/sign-on possibilities, and an annual performance bonus based on quality of care.

Qualificações

• Graduated from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Unrestricted Medical License and DEA Licensure in the state of practice or ability to obtain before employment.
• Up-to-date CPR and Basic Life Support certification.

Responsabilidades

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with rotating on-call schedule.
• Average daily patient volume around 15.
• We use ECW EMR and related programs to support care delivery.
• Focus on continuity of care, preventive health, and Medicare Advantage population.
• Work in an integrated, multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Provide proactive management of chronic conditions and patient cost control.

Responsibilities: About this Opportunity:

• Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
• Rotating and flexible on-call schedule.
• Average daily volume is 15 patients per day
• We use eClinical Works, along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practices.
• We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities.
• Integrated team-based care: Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferences.
• Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient’s costs, and increase revenue for the practice.
• Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population.

Qualifications: Applicant Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited MD or DO accredited program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Unrestricted Medical License and DEA Licensure in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment
• Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system – specifically ECW
• Knowledge of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 Coding
• Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations.

Pay range and compensation package: $270,000-$290,000
