Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our Primary Care Outpatient team in Atlanta. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with collaborative care across IM providers within the PCP patient panel.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, a Master's (PA) or BS/NP path with National Certification, and Georgia license approval to practice as a NP. EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Master's, Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification.
• Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Emphasize health promotion and acute and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physician's ability to provide medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedule laboratory studies and professional consultations and provide direct patient care services.
• The APP will work collaboratively with multiple IM providers in the care of PCPs patient panel.
