Job summary

Confidential in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced ambulatory RN for a full-time outpatient role. You will collaborate with PCPs and specialists, assess and plan patient care, and provide education to patients and families.

The position emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to clinic protocols. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of ambulatory nursing experience, Missouri RN licensure (BLS required), and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (State of Missouri)
• 2–5 years of nursing experience in ambulatory/outpatient settings
• Ability to develop and implement care plans in collaboration with providers
• Strong patient education and family instruction skills
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating patient care

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and specialists to implement care plans.
• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Document assessments and treatment plans according to SOP and compliance.
• Provide patient education and resources to patients and families.
• Support clinic staff and ensure safety-sensitive procedures are followed.
