Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Sleep Technologist to perform comprehensive sleep testing and analysis under supervision, following lab protocols and ensuring high-quality data collection.

Requirements include high school diploma, completion of A-STEP and RPSGT within two years, Medical Terminology preferred, and current BLS certification. The role demands accuracy, calm under pressure, and compliance with licensing and Benefis policies.

Responsabilités

• Performs comprehensive sleep testing and analysis under the supervision of a sleep technologist and/or the medical director or designee.
• Follows sleep lab procedural protocols related to sleep studies (MSLT, MWT, parasomnia studies, PAP and oxygen titration) to ensure data collection.
• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, be accurate, and handle changing situations.
• Performs all assigned job duties and adheres to licensing board or agency requirements and Benefis Health System policies.

Performs comprehensive sleep testing and analysis and associated interventions under the general supervision of a sleep technologist and/or the medical director or designee. Follow sleep lab procedural protocols related to sleep study (such as Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT), parasomnia studies, PAP and oxygen titration) to ensure collection of appropriate data.

Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.

Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
