Paycom - ATS in Edmond is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP/PMHNP-BC) to deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care. You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient-centered care.

Requirements include 5–10 years in healthcare/mental health, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, PMHNP licensure, and familiarity with Joint Commission/OSHA/CMS/state and federal standards; TB testing, drug screening, and

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current PMHNP or PMHNP-BC licensure.
• 5–10 years of healthcare/mental health administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, and Federal regulatory standards.
• TB testing, drug screening, and background check on hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations with history and mental status exams.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans with therapy and medication management.
• Manage psychotropic medications including initiation, titration and monitoring.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers and other providers for cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about psychiatric conditions and treatments.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
