Qualifications

• Unrestricted PMHNP license in the state delivering care with active DEA.
• PA licensure active DEA is required where delivering care.

Responsibilities

• Medication management and therapy for patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions in adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Utilize EHR and technology platforms in the role.
