Services include medication management, therapy, and in some locations TMS and Spravato. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-person and telemedicine appointments, a Monday-Friday format, and generous benefits to support

Qualifications

• Active license(s) in the state of practice for LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LISW.
• Ability to work in a hybrid outpatient setting with telemedicine options.
• Experience with common mental health diagnoses and collaborative care.
