Job summary

Mindpath Health Medical Group is expanding access to high-quality mental health care. This hybrid, full-time PMHNP role focuses on outpatient care with no nights or weekends, offering a flexible mix of in-person and telemedicine appointments across diverse populations.

You will provide medication management and therapy, with access to TMS and Spravato in select locations, and collaborate with psychiatrists, APPs and therapists in a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted PMHNP license with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active DEA and ability to deliver care in the state issued.
• Clinical proficiency in medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Medication management and therapy for adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Evaluate, diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Utilize EHR and technology platforms within the role.
