This outpatient role features a guaranteed base salary with a sign-on bonus and a potential annual bonus, focusing on high-quality, value-based care.

Practice autonomy exists with 30–60 minute patient visits, no overnight call, and a 4.5-day work week designed for work-life balance, including generous PTO and professional development

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license.

Responsibilities

• See 10–16 patients per day in an outpatient setting with 30–60 minute appointments.
• Provide high-quality, coordinated care with focus on well-being and outcomes.
• No overnight call and a 4.5-day work week with early Friday departures.
