Job summary

Primary Care Plus (PCPlus) invites board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join our Louisiana team. You’ll deliver high-quality, cost-effective, coordinated care in a physician-led setting with APRN and nursing support.

Benefit from a 4.5-day work week with early Friday departures, autonomy to practice at the top of your license, and a comprehensive compensation package including a sign-on bonus and potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O required.
• Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
• Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is preferred.
• 1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a value-based care model across Louisiana.
• See 10-16 patients per day with 30-60 minute appointments.
• Collaborate with APRNs, RNs, and a Quality Improvement team to improve outcomes.
• Operate with autonomy and focus on high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Engage in transitional care and high-risk outreach programs.
