The CORE Institute is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Assistant to aid physical therapists in implementing care plans and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role emphasizes strong communication with patients, families, and staff, plus strict adherence to equipment care, safety, and infection control standards.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, managing supplies, supporting front office tasks, and helping with special projects.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical program completion preferred.
• One year of outpatient PT clinic experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA and infection control regulations.

Mansioni

• Assist Physical Therapist with patient care and plan of treatment.
• Establish and maintain communication with patients, families, and departments.
• Assist front office staff as needed.
• Respond to patient questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Care for equipment and maintain a safe clinic environment.
• Assist with inventorying and stocking of supplies.
• Assist director with special projects.
• Assist all patients on rehabilitation floor.
• Contribute to efficient clinic function and daily flow.
