Advocate Health is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for the 05602 WFBMG University Group Practice: Kernersville Sports Complex - Outpatient Rehabilitation. This full-time outpatient ortho/sports position supports a PT-directed program and requires active licensure as a PTA in the applicable state.

The role includes patient training in exercises, gait, and activities of daily living, data collection for assessments, and participation in research and education activities.

Qualificações

• Two-year college PTA program approved by APTA.
• Current license in the applicable state to practice as a PTA.
• CPR certification every two years.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out physical therapy programs as directed by the PT, including exercises and ambulation.
• Collect clinical assessment scores and other health information.
• Perform tests and evaluations in clinical or research settings to assess motor skills and function.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist with research protocol development and data quality control.
