Sentara is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Williamsburg, Virginia for an outpatient rehab setting. The role will administer PT treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, support treatment plan development, document progress, and educate clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist Licensure.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association – RQI) required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist in development of treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and support care provided by identified team members.
