Qualifications

• Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required), CAPTE-accredited two-year program.
• Current Physical Therapist Licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Perform modalities and therapeutic interventions by standard care and department policies.
• Assist with updates to the plan of care to address patient needs.
• Provide instruction to patient and family through standardized programs and/or individualized training.
• Initiate, develop and maintain collaborative interactions with internal/external teams, patients and families to improve outcomes.
