Napa Valley Physical Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Napa, CA. This role supports licensed PTs in delivering patient-centered outpatient care and rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with patients; conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Document patient progress using Raintree and report changes to the physical therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
