Outpatient Physical Therapist south of Portland OR

Description

Pinnacle Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Dallas, Keizer, and surrounding communities for over 15 years. We are known for providing the highest quality individualized care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient.
  2. Communicate and coordinate with patient's physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.
  3. Daily documentation in EMR.
  4. Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations.
  5. Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
  6. Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  7. Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
