Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Maintain progress notes in Raintree.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation and home exercise programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on research and best practices.
