FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers — SeaTac, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in a new outpatient clinic. You will deliver patient-centered care in a one-on-one setting, with clinical leadership responsibilities and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized brand.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$110,000, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Bilingual skills (Somali, Amharic, Spanish, or Tagalog) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and post-injury patients in a one-on-one model.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Lead clinical standards, workflows, and mentorship as the clinic grows.
