Select Physical Therapy in Middletown, CT is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will evaluate and treat patients, document outcomes, and collaborate with physicians to support patient return to athletics, work, and everyday life.

Schedule is Monday through Friday; PRN and part-time options available. Competitive salary of $85k–$100k with sign-on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment. Comprehensive benefits and nationwide opportunities with 1900 centers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State PT license or eligibility to practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
