Select Physical Therapy in Middletown, CT is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a Monday–Friday schedule. PRN and part-time roles are also available.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student debt repayment options. Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
