Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Hebron, CT. Schedule is Monday through Friday with PRN and part-time options available. Compensation ranges from $85k to $100k based on experience, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR Certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required trainings and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
