Job summary

Select Medical’s NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Elk River. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, documenting progress, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts, and compensation starts at $75,000–$90,000 annually based on experience. We offer mentorship, an extensive CEU program, student debt relief options, generous PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if you are a student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families and team.
• Complete required training and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
