Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network in Norwich, CT, seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies that improve strength, mobility and function.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across outpatient settings, orthopedics, oncology and women's health, with opportunities for growth and a robust benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required; CT PT license and BLS certification are required.
• Open to recent graduates; one year of acute care or outpatient experience preferred.
• Position may support the Waterford office in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Lead comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function, including strength, mobility, and balance.
• Create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans to promote movement, safety, and wellness.
• Deliver a range of therapy modalities and tailor treatments to patients' recovery goals.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapists, Nurses, and Social Workers for care coordination and discharge planning.
