Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for the Outpatient department. Typical 8am-5pm schedule with full-time days and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Licenses: Physical Therapist License in state.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Plans, prepares and carries out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
• Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.
• Administer treatment involves application of physical agents, using equipment, moist packs, ultraviolet and infrared lamps, and ultrasound machines.
• Evaluates, fits, and adjusts prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommends modifications.
